COVID-19.
With Coronavirus (COVID-19) still at pandemic scale around the world, Miller and Hall continues to take the implications of the outbreak extremely seriously, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, clients, and their families.
To ensure that any potential impact is minimised, we have put proactive measures in place, these measures are being reviewed daily so that Miller and Hall can respond accordingly to any new guidance issued by the Government and health authorities, including the World Health Organisation.
Normally, our work involves close collaboration with our clients, this includes face-to-face meetings, particularly for interactive or complex discussions. We are now encouraging efforts to plan alternative digital interaction, such as videoconferencing using Microsoft Teams/zoom and making the activity as immersive as possible to maximise effectiveness, we have also taken steps to ensure that we can remain connected and as productive as possible during the
pandemic, we are ensuring that everyone can access relevant business systems remotely and also that everyone has the relevant IT equipment to work
remotely and productively, we have also established guidelines to ensure that we maintain our high levels of client confidentiality whilst our team members are operating in this environment.
Any installation work that involves access to vehicles will be carried out by our teams maintaining safe distance and wearing any required PPE, all vehicles will be fully sanitised by the team after installation work is complete, there does not need to be any interaction with the installation team as they will have received full instruction prior to arrival on site.
This response package has been implemented to protect our employees, clients and their families, and minimise the impact of Covid-19.
